• Facilitate communication between the school, parents, and students: Easily send important information and school notices via smartphone or web portal to classes, workgroups, or individuals.
• Track the status of sent messages: Immediately see who has read the messages.
• Absences: Parents can report, confirm, and comment on absences. Students can view their absences in a convenient overview. Teachers confirm student absences.
• Share important school dates: With Escola's agenda, you have all school events under control and can selectively share them with classes, workgroups, teachers, or parents.
• Informative class overview: See all teachers of the class at a glance.
• Overview of assignments and exam dates: Students can access their assignments, download files, or watch videos. Homework can be marked as completed. Parents also have access to their children's assignments.
• View and confirm dossier entries and grades: Parents can read and acknowledge dossier entries about their children, as well as grades from current assessments. This feature may not be enabled by every school.
• Share important updates on the Pinboard: From lost items to seeking volunteers for school events to teacher absences. Share relevant school information specifically with the entire school, classes, parents, or individuals.
• Easily provide files to students: Teachers can share documents like images, PDFs, or Word files with their class or workgroup. Parents can also view the shared files.
• School services such as daycare, lunch service, or school bus: Parents have a practical weekly overview of their children's booked school services and can cancel them. Care providers see their offers on a daily basis and can view the attendance and all relevant details of the students.
• Other great app features: Video chat, teacher time tracking, people search, schedules for teachers, parents, students, checklists, and more.
• Stay informed: Enable push notifications and email alerts to not miss any updates from your school.
